Me (driving): Why is there an ABS sign showing on the dashboard?
Dad: That's nothing. It'll be gone if you turn off the engine.
Me: (approaches a stop light, turns off the engine; tries to restart but it won't) WHY IS IT NOT STARTING?! DAD!!!!
Dad: You forgot to put it in "park" first!

I cannot choose the people I serve.
Just like how Jesus didn’t serve only those who follow Him. He died for people who hated Him and persecuted Him. He loved without condition.
In the same way, I need to love those whom I have been given to love, regardless of anything.
In the end, what would matter is that I did my part. I obeyed.
